Shipping Policy

All orders are packaged with love and shipped from my home studio which is located in Coquitlam, British Columbia. 

Shipping rates are based on real time and is calculated at checkout. 

Time Frame:

Most orders will ship out in 1 to 2 business days from the date that the purchase was made.   

Based on the shipping time frame mentioned on UPS and Canada Post’s website:

– Expedited/Standard shipping: 2-4 business days

– Express shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping:

The Nayaab ships via Canada Post and UPS. Please make sure you insure your package at checkout. If the protect option is not purchased with your order, The Nayaab will not be held liable for any lost or damaged packages.   

Please Note:

TheNayaab.com shall not be held liable for any damages incurred through shipping/ delivery.  Should your item arrive damaged, please e-mail us with photographic proof and we will do our best to accommodate. TheNayaab.com is not responsible for incorrect or missing address information, unavailability or refusal to accept delivery of shipment.

Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange your unworn purchase if returned by mail within 14 days of your original receipt, and original packaging. Returned shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us to request an exchange and state the issue. In the event of a special offer, no price adjustments will be issued for previously purchased merchandise.  Due to hygienic reasons all earrings are a final sale.  All custom orders and sale items are a final sale.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or broken piece of jewelry please contact us immediately upon receiving it and we will happily replace the item for you.
